In these unprecedented times we need to be a little more careful and aware, not just about our own health but also those around us.
COVID-19 EXERCISE SCREENING

Your health and well-being are of the upmost importance and we are taking measures to keep the facility a safe environment for everyone.
Therefore, anyone coming into the facility will be screened and part of our screening process will include taking their temperature and asking the following questions.
Are you experiencing a new cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition?

Are you experiencing new shortness of breath that you cannot attribute to another health condition?

Are you experiencing a new sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
YES ☐ NO☐
Are you experiencing new muscle aches that you cannot attribute to another health condition or a specific activity such as physical exercise?
YES ☐ NO☐
Do you have a temperature at or above 37.8°?
YES ☐ NO☐
Within the last 14 days, have you had close contact, without the use of appropriate PPE, with someone who is currently sick with suspected or confirmed COVID-19?
* (Note: Close contact is defined as within 6 feet for more than 10 consecutive minutes)

A recent a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

If you have answered YES to any of the questions, please do not come to the class unless determined otherwise.

AT THE SESSION
When you arrive at the centre, you will be asked to sanitise your hands. Your trampoline will already have been cleaned, but please grab a wipe and wipe down again for your piece of mind.
Please keep a social distance from other clients who are not in your bubble and please refrain from moving the trampoline around as they would have been set up with the required distance between them.
At the end of your session, please wipe down your trampoline and make sure you take everything with you that you brought as again due to COVID we are unable to keep any lost property.
EQUIPMENT
Due to COVID-19, we are un-able to supply extra equipment, but please feel free to bring your own.
